I was looking for a discreet and complete electrostimulation device and this product meets my expectations. Since I received it, I have been using it every day on my abdomen and thighs as a priority, but also on my waist and arms. What suits me is to be able to choose the intensity among the 10 proposed. I can also choose the mode out of the 6 and I have noticed that I choose a different mode for the abdomen which is not the same as the thighs, arms or waist. I use it either while watching TV or doing my housework without being disturbed.
This muscle belt is a nice surprise, for some time I hesitated thinking that it would be money thrown out the window and there not what a nice surprise. Not having the time to do sports, I found the solution. I find the concept very nice. It is easy to use and pleasant to the touch! I find that it is not cold in contact with the skin. It makes the muscles of the body work well. We can even do our jobs at home without being disturbed by noise. This allows me to do muscle training while I do my household chores. It's a gentle way to work my muscles.
I took it because I wanted to revitalize myself and get back into sport, and this electro-stimulator is very practical. It is easy to place and use. The charge is easy, and you can put it on different parts of the body. It adapts well and there are several power levels. I use it mostly on the abs and biceps, and I can tell you that I feel it works very well. It has motivated me to really get into the sport, and just for that alone I am satisfied.
A good product that is easy to use. Allows you to get back into shape gently with these various levels. Value for money ok. I recommend it to you!
Bought two months ago, I have enough hindsight to say that this device is worth it! Accompanied by physical exercises it does its job very well. I recommend it!
